Meredith Community Garden (MCG) Working Bee

Since September this year, students from the Meredith Primary School have been attending a program called “Nurturing Young Minds for their Future“. This program has been using the concept of a community garden as the project to teach students the basic business skills of planning, budgeting and resilience. With the concept of the garden now finalised, they are now ready to build.

We are calling for community volunteers to assist Meredith Primary School and Hands of Change in the build of the Meredith Community Garden.

There will be three working bees between now and the launch event on the 14 December. If you can give a hand, we would love to see you there.

Note that a light lunch will be provided to volunteers, so please be sure to RSVP on this stage. It will also assist us in managing Covid restrictions.
