Mini Tech Hub
Through the Living Local grant received from State Government Victoria in 2022, we have been able to purchase some technology equipment for the Community.
What's on offer?
You can access:
- 3D printers
- 3D milling machine
- 3D scanner
- Vinyl cutter
- VR headsets
What are the learning opportunities?
Through additional support from GPG Naturgy (Berrybank Windfarm) and a partnership with RMIT Activator, we are offering FREE interactive workshops on the last Thursday of each month. Check out our Events page for upcoming workshops.
How can I access the equipment?
There are three options to access the equipment:
- Book online for usage of the equipment and materials. We will supervise usage.
- Book a 1-on-1 tutorial on how to use the equipment. Cost is $75 + GST for a 2-hour session.
- Hire us to do your project. We charge $25 per hour to setup your design plus material costs.

A standard booking fee of $35 + GST is required at time of booking. Material usage will be charged at cost.
Can I just pop in?
Yes you can!
We are onsite Mondays and Wednesdays between 10am and 12noon.

How it works?
Bring something (grown or made) and place on the communal table. Swap with something else that you need. Don't worry if you don't have anything to swap. Come alone to see what is on offer and if you find something that you need, we accept gold coin donations.

Under the roofline at Sharing Shed - Meredith.
