Designed for existing businesses who need assistance with getting to the heart of customer problems and exploring opportunities to address those problems. Ideally suited to businesses who have been operational for two years or less.

This program starts 1 November 2023 and is delivered over 8 weeks – each Wednesday from 4pm to 5pm for the online group sessions. Individual 1-on-1 sessions will be scheduled with each participant.
A limit of six participants for this program means a safe and nurturing environment.
